Coax Solenoid and Pneumatic Valves

Shako PU225X High Pressure Solenoid Valve.

Sizes are available 3/8, 1/2, 3/4 and 1" BSP or NPT all with PTFE seals as standard, with factory test pressure at 75 Bar on all valves before dispatch with any voltage from 12Volt DC to 415 Volt AC. Offering a high quality product at such a competitive price available from stock handling any pressure differential 0.5 to 50 Bar and being 100% ED Rated. Currently only available in Brass however stainless steel option should be available soon.
SAH Series High Pressure Piston Solenoid Valve
The Connexion solenoid valve SAH features a piston with PTFE seals instead of an elastomer diaphragm seal offering a maximum operating pressure of 40 bar. This offers a perfect universal process valve for water, air and neutral media. Bottling on Secondary circuit, irrigation, well engineering, sanitary engineering, water treatment, mixing plants, pipeline construction, and pneumatic automation systems are ideal choices for the process valve.
The use of a sealing piston instead of a diaphragm means that even high pressures up to 80 Bar (SAHH Series solenoid valve) and 120 Bar (SAHHH series solenoid valve) can be controlled with a large full bore nominal diameter. The valve is fail-safe closed (closes automatically if power is lost).
The valve can be operated wherever there is a pressure difference in excess of 0.5 Bar between the valve input and output. This includes applications where the medium is expelled into atmosphere (open air) or flows into an unpressurised container downstream of the valves. The SAH solenoid valve is used for gaseous and liquid material flows up to a viscosity of maximum 50 CST in factory and process automation.
The SA Solenoid Valve are 2/2-way valves, normally closed and are piloted piston valves. Units are made of brass valves and customers have a choice of 316 stainless steel valves with robust PTFE seals. The valves come with either BSP or NPT threads. Units should preferably be mounted with the coil upright. Sizes range from 3/8 to 2 inch. Operating pressure is from 0.5-40 bar, 0.5 to 80 Bar and 0.5 to 120 Bar.
